Terms of Service
By contacting me, you agree and confirm to have thoroughly read and understood that I reserve all rights to the following terms of services:
1.
Rates are non-negotiable.
2.
I reserve the right to refuse/terminate business as needed.
3.
Rates are honoured in CAD for bookings within Canada. Same rates apply in USD for all international bookings and when making crypto payments.
4.
Re-sharing any of my content is strictly prohibited unless given permission
5.
Mutual respect for privacy is expected.
6.
No Review Policy: As I'm a reputable and established Companion, I ask not to be reviewed on any boards.
7.
Disrespectful or distasteful communication will be ignored.
8.
For my safety, I must maintain a strict verification process and will only meet with gentlemen who are willing to provide the information required. For this reason, I only respond to properly filled out booking form inquiries or emails containing complete screening information. Please note that this website has been secured for the safety and privacy of your information.
9.
Payments are to be collected discreetly within the first 20min of meeting. Please avoid putting me in a position to ask/remind you about it.
10.
Overnight bookings must include minimum 8hrs of uninterrupted sleep.
11.
Upstanding hygiene is paramount.
12.
Sufficient refreshments or a meal is required during dates lasting 3 hours or more.
13.
You are to cover all food and activity expenses.
14.
Rate Match Policy: The highest rate is to be honoured for all participating providers.
15.
All bookings are subject to the following deposit/travel policies:
30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings in Toronto/GTA.
50% deposit and First/Business Class airfare + cost of car service are required to confirm all travel bookings. For privacy reasons, I must be able to book my own flights.

*All deposits are non-refundable.
16.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

Less than one week notice: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 48hrs notice: 80% cancellation fee
Less than 24hrs notice: 100% cancellation fee

*Fees must be collected in order to arrange another meeting.
